The Weekend, Tents, and Cleaning

This weekend was so nice. I hate Monday's now because I know it will be a full 4 days before we all spend time together as a family again. But it will be all worth it in the end!

Just like the title says, today has been spent cleaning up the toy room and making tents. Sydney insisted on making another tent and now the girls are playing in it together so I can have a few moments to write.

I asked Sydney what she wanted to tell you. She said "I miss you Daddy and love you. I am pretending to sail Catelyn in a boat and she is liking it (she has her in a bin and is pushing her around)."

PS...earlier she went to the bathroom and yelled out to me, "mom, I pooped a really little poop. It looks like a jelly bean...isn't that cute?"

Zzzzzzz

The girls are doing just fine after the night of little sleep. Cate is again mesmerized by the opening to the Cosby Show. Syd finished her applesauce and has headed into the other room to do some "mousekersize." Wish me luck on putting snot nose down for a morning nap soon!

A moment's peace

Catelyn is napping and Becky just took Sydney to Bookman's. The house is actually quiet for a brief moment. Seems rather odd! Cate will be waking at any moment and we will enjoy some time just the two of us. Will post some pics later as Sydney has on quite the impressive "self picked out" outfit today. I know you saw it but it is worth documenting. Love and miss you!
